As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated Junior AV Installer to join our team and develop their skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with the installation and setup of AV systems, including displays, projectors, control systems, and sound equipment
• Learning to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Supporting the team with cabling, mounting, and configuring AV components
• Troubleshooting basic issues and ensuring high-quality installations
• Working on a variety of projects, from classrooms to corporate boardrooms

 

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Some experience or education in AV, IT, electrical, or a related field (preferred but not required)
✅ A strong interest in AV technology and a willingness to learn on the job
✅ A hands-on, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
✅ Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and communicate effectively
✅ A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Comfortable with physically active work, including lifting equipment and working at heights

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Basic hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, drills, etc)
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Construction Industry White Card (or willingness to obtain)
