displays deployed in 3 key spaces
The project required standardising AV across multiple meeting spaces with varying sizes and functions, each needing to support MTR and BYOD functionality. Spaces ranged from small rooms to combinable boardrooms and a Town Hall. Technical constraints included integration of wireless presenting, camera coverage, and audio reinforcement, all while maintaining intuitive user interfaces. Accessibility also had to be addressed, with hearing augmentation essential in larger rooms. All solutions had to remain consistent, scalable, and easy for staff to use daily without added complexity.
Each room was fitted with commercial-grade Samsung or Hisense displays paired with Yealink MTR systems. Wireless and wired presentation was supported using Alfatron presenters and HDMI/USB-C inputs. Smaller rooms used Yealink all-in-one soundbars, while larger spaces included PTZ cameras, ceiling mics, and multi-speaker arrays. A Q-SYS DSP and 5” touchscreen were deployed in the Town Hall for full AV control. All major spaces were equipped with Williams Infrared systems to support hearing augmentation. Solutions were preconfigured for fast deployment, unified by a consistent user experience across all room types.
Complete AV took the time to truly understand our needs and offered a customised solution that perfectly suited our business.
